New Three Storey Front Extension

The project involved an unprecedented new 3 storey front extension to a semi detached dwelling for a delightful young family with a disability need.

The brief was to create a more user friendly series of spaces and a stair lift to accommodate the users needs, while respecting the context of the neighbours in terms of daylight and design in the street scene.

It gained planning permission after working and designing collaboratively with the community through pre-application site visits from the local neighbours, local councillors and planning officers at EDDC.
