Experience

The Value of Experience

To survive economic change an architect has to diversify and learn to design buildings in different market sectors. This can come with experience of living and working in the city, on the coast and in the country. In times of economic growth society builds housing, schools, hospitals and retail centres. In economic instability people tend to extend their dwellings, convert their barns or lofts. People will always have families, retire and age. People will always come to fine locations to holiday, live and retire. Different economies, policies and people create opportunities for architects with  many different types and sizes of projects and as such an architect must be ready to respond and design for change with good architectural design and service that aims add value to every project.
